Hey, I’m Coach Sandy!


I have over a decade of coaching experience, in addition to the one-on-one client experiences, I also have the educational background as well! I'm an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, Certified Master Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified 200 Hour Trained Yoga Instructor. Phew, that’s a lot — but you can see my passions!

The coaching methods I use are effective because I coach from a place of personal experience and because I am living what I coach.
